Vinification: Fermentation with skins in French oak barrels for approximately 20 days. Lees work for 12 months and aged in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Golden yellow, crystalline with aromas of ripe stone fruit, almonds and herbaceous notes. The palate is fresh, full-bodied and creamy. Being a fully-flavoured wine, it is recommended to be tasted with patience.
Accompaniment: rabbit or cheek stews, lamb or sausages and cheese are recommended.
Consumption temperature: 12 to 14 degrees.
